YWCA Affordable and Transitional Housing

Life in the military can be stressful, as can transitioning into civilian life. YWCA’s Sara McKnight Transitional Living Center and Rapid Rehousing Programs offer affordable housing in El Paso. No matter what your situation, we will do our best to assist you in becoming independent and find permanent housing.  Rapid Rehousing offers affordable housing for low-income families and individuals. The Sara McKnight Transitional Living Center (TLC) offers shelter for women, with or without children, who are experiencing homelessness. The TLC includes intensive case management, counseling, and other opportunities that support and empower El Paso women. For more information on these programs, see the links below:
